The Bowel Dislocation Syndrome (LGS) is a condition of recovery in the US, and it is often not diagnosed or misdiagnosed. Symptoms of LGS can be uncomfortable and painful. Leaky Gut compromises your digestion and the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.

This occurs when the intestinal membrane of the intestine begins to break down, thus allowing undigested food particles and other things to pass through the walls of the intestine and into the bloodstream.

The most common foods that can damage your intestinal lining are proteins found in sprouted grains, sugar, GMO and conventional dairy products. The problem with unreduced grains is that they contain a large number of nutritional blockers, called phytates and lectins.

Lectins

These are sugar-binding proteins that act as a natural protective system for plants and protect them from external invaders such as mold and parasites. The digestive lining is covered with sugar containing cells that help to destroy your food. Lectins tend to this area, and when they attach to your digestive lining, it damages the intestines and causes inflammation.

Lectins are found in many foods, not just in grains, but if you consume them in smaller quantities, your body will be in perfect order. But products that have a large number of lectins, such as wheat, rice, spices and soybeans, are more problematic.

Other factors of the flowing intestine

Chronic stress

Stress weakens the immune system for a long time, which hampers your ability to fight foreign invaders, such as bad bacteria and viruses, which lead to inflammation and swelling of the intestines. To reduce stress, try to sleep more, get fun for your week, have more rest, meditate or exercise and communicate with people with a positive mood.

Toxins

We are in contact with more than 80,000 chemicals and toxins every year, but the worst offenders for causing a leaking gut include antibiotics, pesticides, tap water, aspirin and NSAIDs. Try buying a high quality water filter to eliminate chlorine and fluoride, and look at natural herbs to reduce inflammation in your body.

Dysbacteriosis

Finally, one of the main causes of bowel leakage is a condition called dysbacteriosis, which means an imbalance between beneficial and harmful bacteria in the intestine.
