Intermittent fasting is a fairly common form of fasting, in which you eat only in 7-8 hour windows. The following infographics were created by Nicky Naik, and it outlines some of the many advantages that fasting can have for the body.

We were all at that moment in life when you are tormented by eating the right food, the right amount of food and the right timetable. And then you were tormented by finding the perfect workout schedule to go with your eating habits to get the perfect combination. The time you spend on excitement took a lot of time and energy, and then who wants to work after that?

I’ve tried everything, and I really mean it all, and I think that I’m trying to work with these plans of a diet based on vegetarianism and vegetarianism, it’s not easy! I did everything, and nothing seemed to work. Then the moment will come when you will realize that you are tired of planning every piece of food, and not seeing the results that I expected to see!

Then I found the Enabling Fast, and my life, like my body, has changed! People are in a constant diet, people rarely seem to miss lunch now. Our bodies are beginning to get used to burning sugar as the main fuel. Fasting helps reboot your metabolism, training your body to burn fat as the main source of fuel, which in turn helps to get rid of unnecessary fat cells! Once everything starts to improve and you come to a normal and healthy body weight, you can eat more often, by that time your body will burn fat as a fuel, the key to weight management!

It has been shown that fasting has a positive effect on insulin sensitivity, which allows you to better cope with carbohydrates than when you do not want fast. Studies have shown that after periods of fasting, insulin becomes more effective when it says that cells take glucose from the blood.

Fasting also reduces the accumulation of free radicals in the cell, preventing damage to cellular proteins, lipids and nucleic acids associated with aging and diseases. Fasting helps regulate the expression of genes that increase the ability to cope with stress and resist disease and aging.
