Hunza, people from Pakistan, eat and live naturally and are known to be the healthiest people in the world. You can often meet with a live, healthy Hunza on an advanced hundredth, and the appearance of cancer is extremely rare. One of the key factors in their health is the water they drink, and, of course, their food. One of their favorite dishes and the most important part of their overall diet are apricots. They eat them fresh in the summer and drink apricot oil during the winter. The pits are removed, crushed and roasted. Their oil is used for cooking, like sauce, and also as a face lotion.
On average, Hoonza injects between 50 and 75 milligrams of vitamin B17 per day – in the West, most people will not enter this amount throughout the year !!!
You might be wondering whether Hunza is so healthy. It was a question of cardiologists from Dr. Paul D. and Edward G. Tumi, and they made a long and difficult journey up the mountain to Hunza, carrying a portable electrocardiograph running on a battery. In the American Heart Journal, they indicated that they studied 25 Hunza men between the ages of 90 and 110 years, and they measured their blood pressure and cholesterol level. From their statements it was obvious that none of these people had any problems with the heart, blood pressure or high cholesterol.
Ophthalmologist Dr. Allen E. Banik also visited Hunza and made sure that these people are as healthy as the story and published their findings in their report Earth Hunza. “I did not have to persuade myself for so long that I read about my eternal life and excellent health … I examined the eyes of the oldest Hunzas and found that their vision was impeccable.”
Dr. Blink said: “Many hunza are so strong that in the middle of winter, as an exercise, they break the ice in the middle of the river with their bare hands so that they can swim under the ice.” Other visitors describe amazing examples of how people in the 80’s and 90’s and even 100-year-olds repair roads from stone and collect large stones to repair the garden walls on the terrace. The elderly participate in volleyball games, against 50 years younger than compatriots.
In addition to the people of Hunza, there are two more groups of people who do not suffer from cancer. Some of them are carnivorous, others are herbivores. In the menu of the Eskimos and Indians, especially from the Hopi in Arizona, meat is their main dish. Most of it – deer meat, supplemented by various seasonal fruits of berry berries. What is most interesting in these people is not obesity, even if they daily inject large amounts of animal fat. However, it is characteristic of the Himalayans, Indians and Eskimos that they eat food typical of their natural habitat. When you carefully analyze the ingredients of this food, you can see that vitamin B17 is present in their diet.
The type of deer, which is found in the Indians menu, is mainly fed by grass containing nitriloside, which is the source of vitamin B17. Various dried fruits that Eskimos and Indians eat, also contain a large amount of vitamin B17. Unfortunately, most civilizations of Western civilization have long worked on wheat bread, which does not contain nitriloside, and THIS HEALTH IS NOT SO. Grass, which is used for feeding pets, contains a lot of nitriloside. Thus, unlike the “civilized” man, the Indians and Eskimos feed only on what has blossomed in their natural habitat. Europeans and Americans eat “civilized” and “fast food”, receiving only 2 milligrams of B17 per day.
Leatril, Amygdalin, B17 was officially accepted as a vitamin in 1952. But then the healthcare industry launched a fierce attack against it and continues to fight. B17 is banned in the United States by the FDA.
