Tea that helps with fibromyalgia, hasimoto, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and multiple sclerosis

Thyme is an ordinary plant that is regularly used for seasoning fish and meat, but tea from the leaves of this plant can be surprisingly useful. This herb was used by ancient Romans, Greeks and Egyptians as a medicine, and modern science has shown that ancient people were right in using thyme as a remedy. A study of the health benefits of thyme tea has shown that it can reduce symptoms in people with fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and multiple sclerosis.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a disorder that causes widespread pain in the muscles and skeleton, constant exhaustion, mood swings and difficulty remembering things. Apparently, this is caused by a combination of genetics, physical trauma and infections, resulting in the brain has an abnormally high response to pain signals from the nerves. The ability of Timaeus to reduce the risks of fibromyalgia is due to its powerful antimicrobial properties. Thyme has a high level of thymol, a chemical compound that fights bacteria and infections. According to a Polish study published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry in 2011, thyme can even fight dangerous bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus. When thyme tea fights bacteria, it prevents infections that could cause or worsen fibromyalgia.

Hashimoto’s disease

Hashimoto is a disease that occurs when the immune system reacts excessively and begins an attack of the thyroid gland. When the thyroid gland does not work properly, people experience fatigue, weight gain, muscle pain, joint pain, joint cramps and even depression. Many scientists believe that an excessive reaction of the immune system occurs when a virus or bacteria triggers the immune system to produce antibodies that damage the thyroid gland. Therefore, the antimicrobial properties of thyme tea can be very useful, because it helps the immune system to fight bad bacteria, and not focus on the innocent thyroid gland.

Rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammatory disease that causes damage to the joints, skin, eyes, heart and blood vessels.

This happens when the immune system is confused and accidentally attacks the tissues of the joints and other parts of the body. Environmental factors, such as smoking or exposure to silica dust, can cause rheumatoid arthritis, and in women over 40, inflammation that causes a condition is more likely. It was shown that the natural compound found in thyme, carvacrol, suppresses inflammation in a 2010 study published in the Journal of Lipid Research, so swallowing carvacrol through thyme tea can stop inflammation damaging the joints when a person has rheumatoid arthritis.
