This plan, which we developed for you, is a weekend detoxification plan that ensures total health. It cleanses vital organs inside, such as the liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines and lymph. It consists of liquids, meat, fat-free foods and potatoes. Sounds good, huh? You can practice this 2 times a year for only 10 consecutive days. But, if you prefer also for the weekend more times a year. The effect is stunning!

For best results, use also dandelion, birch and nettle tea. Also consider training as often as you can (swim, walk, run, engage in the gym …).

Weekend detoxification plan:

After waking up before breakfast, have 240 ml of warm water.

SATURDAY

  • Breakfast: warm water and 1 cup oat flakes with linen 1 spoon, 250 ml green tea or water, ½ cup fresh blueberries, 200 ml low-fat yogurt or almond milk.
  • Lunch: 250 ml of water, 2 cups of salad (rucola, tomato, green vegetables), fried hake, 250 grams, Swiss chard with potatoes and olive oil, small banana and melon 1 slice.
  • Snack: 250 ml of water, plain yogurt 180 ml, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds.
  • Lunch: 250 ml of water or aniseed tea, 2 cups of lettuce + lemon juice + olive oil, whole flour dough, 150 grams of fried tuna, ½ cup steamed vegetables (spinach and broccoli).

SUNDAY

  • Of course, start with the water.
  • Breakfast: 1 cup oat flakes and linseed 1 spoon, almond milk 200 ml OR dietetic yogurt and pear. Also there is green tea.
  • Lunch: 250 ml of water, vegetable soup (pepper, potatoes, beans, carrots, onions, celery), chicken breast 200 g (grilled), pickles 150 g.
  • Dinner: whole dough, nettle tea, carrots + beetroot salad and lemon juice.
