Mushrooms Portobello with spicy patties of cauliflower

Want to make some extra tasty and super healthy hamburger? You do not need exquisite white flour, but two delicious and nutrient-rich Portobello mushrooms.

Spicy cauliflower (about 6-8 patties)

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa in 1 cup of broth or water
  • ½ head cauliflower (about 6 cups of flower)
  • 1 tsp. Ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp Ground chili
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. Food yeast
  • 2 flax or jia-eggs (1 tablespoon flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water, is allowed to absorb water
  • 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

“Bun”

  • Mushrooms Portobello (for 2 people)
  • 1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ red chopped cabbage
  • ¼ white chopped cabbage
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar

  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Himalayan salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Cooking method:

Heat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C). Add cooked quinoa, cumin, cauliflower, chili, food yeast, almond flour, Himalayan salt, chia / flaxseed, pepper to the process.

Stir well until you get the perfect combination. Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper. Take ¼ mixture and form 6-8 patties on a tray. Keep them about the same size as your Portobello mushrooms.

Bake them for about 20 minutes until they turn golden. Combine olive oil, rice wine vinegar and tamari in a small bowl. Peel the Portobello mushrooms from above and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Place them on another baking sheet and bake them for about 8-10 minutes.

While they are baking, combine all the ingredients, apple cider vinegar, cabbage, carrots, coconut sugar and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Take a small bowl, squash the avocado, salt, lemon juice and pepper. When the patties are baked, remove them from the oven and make hamburgers.
