Mixture for weight loss with these two amazing ingredients

The combination of cinnamon and honey has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine as a healing agent for many diseases and disorders, such as diabetes and obesity.

It is a mixture for weight loss, which speeds up the overall metabolism.

Slimming mixture with cinnamon and honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or 1 ounce of some of these vegan substitutes: agave or maple syrup).
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon.
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water.

Preparation:
Add cinnamon to a glass jar and pour it with boiled water. Close the pot and leave it to cool. When cool, add honey or a substitute for vegans (do not add them to hot water, because they will lose their nutrients, enzymes and medicinal properties).

Drink half the liquid in the morning, and the other half – the next day. Do not heat liquid the next day.

Important: drink this mixture with weight loss on an empty stomach, otherwise it will not work.
