Lemon Diet: How did Beyoncé lose 20 pounds with a lemon?

Back in 2013, I watched Beyonce on Oprah when she talked about her new film, Dreamgirls.

During the interview, Beyonce spoke about how she was preparing for the film, and how she managed to lose weight by simply drinking lemonade.

This made me wonder if Beyonce can do it, I can do it too.

Now, the lemon diet has been around a lot longer than this, but it was Beyoncé who made it popular.

As far as I know, it was originally developed by Stanley Burroughs 50 years ago.

The lemon diet was originally developed to purify the body of toxins, and weight loss is just a side effect.

However, the results are outstanding.

In just two weeks I lost 16 pounds (Beyoncé lost 20).

And if you like to do this, I highly recommend a diet. Let me take you through this.

Prepare yourself!

Now, like everything else in life, success largely depends on good preparation.

The same assumption applies to the lemon diet, where you need to facilitate the purification of the master.

You, of course, do not want to go from pizza, hamburgers and soda to just lemonade.

And although in fact you can, it will be a serious blow and blow to your body.

Therefore, you want to calm down and take at least two to three days to slowly remove all processed foods from your diet.

During these first two or three days, switch processed foods with fruits and vegetables when you are preparing for a massive calorie restriction.

You also want to try and lower your intake of caffeine slowly until you completely stop during the diet.

Now that you are mentally and physically prepared, you can start a diet.

All you need is spring water, maple syrup, sea salt of cayenne pepper and, of course, freshly squeezed lemon juice.

For a mixture of lemonade you want 12 to 14 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 12-14 table spoons of maple syrup mixed with 2 liters of water.

The amount of the mixture is enough for one day.

When you feel hungry, drink a glass of the mixture.

You should drink the same amount every day.

For even better results, you can drink salted water.

To wash off salt water, you will need 1 liter of ordinary water and 1 tablespoon of sea salt.

Be careful, once you drink the flush, you will feel the movement of the intestines, so make sure you are at home when you are drinking the mixture for flushing.

After you have made a lemon diet, I recommend trying other juices for detoxification and liver cleansing.

What can you eat during a lemon diet?

One of the most important things during a lemon diet is that you can not eat solid food.

For those of you who can not walk two weeks without solid foods, try to include a lemon diet for at least two to four days.

For those of you who try to go through the whole “two-week” experience, the only food you can consume during the master cleanse plan is lemonades, unprocessed foods and fruits and vegetables.

Fruits and vegetables are allowed on the first day, which allows your body to ease in the diet.

Preferably, you want raw vegetables and fruits.

From day 2 onwards, you want just a mixture of lemon juice, about 3 liters of it.

After you finish the lemon diet, you need 3 liters of orange juice on the first day, and fruits and vegetables – on the second day.

It helps your body to return to balance. When you enter your regular diet, consume grains and oats.

Important Notes

  • You do not have to follow the diet for more than two weeks (preferably 10 days)
  • If you are having health problems and acute illnesses, consult a doctor before you go on a diet
  • Before you start a diet, completely get rid of caffeine
  • This is a diet for the treatment of alcoholics and addicts, and not a weight loss plan, which means that you will probably return some of the lost weight after you return to your regular diet.
  • You want to follow a diet on a clear schedule. Avoid the lemon diet during bustle and rest. You want a relaxed atmosphere.

Pros and cons

Let’s start with some advantages of the lemon diet in the first place.

The main advantage is quick weight loss, which is excellent for some people, as they prepare for a major event (hello weddings).

After you lose excess weight, you can easily work in a balanced diet and exercise mode to maintain optimal weight.

But weight loss is only one of the main advantages, and the other is a detoxification process.

You get rid of all the toxins and fatty deposits in the body.

And if you love more than just a diet with lemon, I have other detoxification products that you can try.

With detoxification, you also relieve your body of stomach problems, asthma and warts.

Now, for cons or side effects.

Every diet and everything in your life has a side effect.

Nothing is 100% beneficial, including a lemon diet.

One of the side effects that occur during the lemon diet is fatigue and fatigue.

This happens because your body does not receive a lot of calories and nutrients.

You work at a minimum here, but once you return to a balanced diet, you will feel good.

Last, if you want to lose weight, do not forget to exercise, especially your face.
