How to make organic ketchup in just 2 minutes

Ketchup is one of the most used condiments in America, but it is processed and full of debris. If you go to the grocery store and pick up any brand of ketchup, you’ll find that most of them contain high fructose corn syrup. Go ahead and see, all the big brands are doing! Heinz, Hunt’s ketchup and the rest. HFCS is basically genetically modified sugar. It comes from genetically modified corn and turns into a sweetener.

This adversely affects your body, causing inflammation of other effects, such as obesity, and all other kinds of problems. In fact, according to Dr. Mark Heiman, Dr. Mark Hayman was informed that the FDA researcher was unable to get a barrel of high fructose corn syrup from maize producers for testing, so that she received it from a new beverage company. She found that HFCS contains toxic levels of mercury. Corn syrup with a high content of fructose is not natural in any way. Taking genetically modified corn, extracting the syrup through a highly processed method that happens to include mercury, is not something that you want to ingest. This will make you think twice about swallowing high-fructose corn syrup. Keep in mind that now they are renaming corn syrup high in fructose to confuse the American public, you can learn more about their new names in this article.

A long story short corn syrup with a high content of fructose has no nutritional value and is more toxic than even I previously thought after doing additional research. Not only this, but also syrup causes an increase in blood sugar levels when it is consumed, which is another reason to avoid it. In fact, 25% of the ketchup is sugar, and then add this high-fructose corn syrup that acts as sugar (but even more harmful) in the human body, and you basically lay sugar and mercury with french fries.
