How to cure a persistent cough and bronchitis with a cabbage leaf and honey for five days!

It is often difficult to relieve a persistent cough. Sometimes even drugs do not help. One of the most famous and, in fact, the most effective ways to combat coughing is to apply a leaf of cabbage with honey. This is really a “golden” cough medicine.

There are no age restrictions for this treatment, it is equally effective for both children and adults.

To start treatment, you need 1 head of cabbage and honey.

Here’s what you need to do:

Slowly remove one leaf from the cabbage. Cabbage leaves should be placed for several minutes in boiling water. It will become warm and soft. Then, on one side of the sheet, apply honey. On the side where the honey is, put it on the patient’s chest. Top with sacks of nylon and wrap it in a scarf or towel. The procedure should be performed before bedtime.

If the cough is severe, you will need two leaves of cabbage – one is superimposed on the chest, and the other on the back. Compress the wraps every morning. After treatment, the skin is wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed with the place where the patch was, and everything should go out.

If the bronchitis is in the initial phase, the result will be visible after the first procedure. Treatment is conducted from five to seven nights. And soon there will be no trace of a cumbersome cough.

Active components of honey and cabbage, as well as high temperature, contribute to cough reduction and disappearance of the entire inflammatory process. In addition, sometimes you can replace honey with warm castor oil.

From my own experience I can say that cabbage is really magic. Once I started coughing, and I had cabbage in the house, but I did not have any honey. I did not want to exacerbate the problem, and I apply the treatment only with cabbage leaves. And it helped!
