Healthy tips for preventing Alzheimer’s disease

Alzheimer’s disease (AD), also known simply as Alzheimer’s disease, is a chronic neurodegenerative disease that usually begins slowly and deteriorates with time. The most common early symptom is the difficulty of remembering recent events (short-term memory loss). As the disease develops, symptoms may include language problems, disorientation (including easy to get lost), mood swings, loss of motivation, and not self-management and behavioral problems.

These are useful tips for preventing Alzheimer’s:

  • Eat more fruits and vegetables
    Numerous studies have confirmed that regular consumption of fruits and vegetables is ideal for the prevention of various diseases. Raw or cooked fruits and vegetables will reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and delay the onset of the disease for as much as 7-9 years. You can also make juices that are even tastier, and will have almost the same good effect on health.
  • Eat blueberries
