“Golden milk” – an incredible combination of health and cancer protection

The main ingredient for the preparation of healthy golden milk is turmeric, a plant of ginger family that grows in the South Asian region and is often used in the menu of local residents. I personally make my golden milk with turmeric and fresh ginger for a more saturated taste and better effects.

Turmeric contains active ingredients that have more than 150 therapeutic effects in the body, including: it is an analgesic, antiseptic, strengthens the immune system, eliminates toxins, regulates metabolism, controls weight, improves memory, lowers triglycerides, balances blood pressure, etc. .

The greatest value of curative properties of turmeric is its anti-cancer prophylaxis and direct exposure.

Turmeric powder is available all year round and can be easily recognized because it looks like curry. The recommended daily intake for adults varies from 1 to 3 grams of turmeric.

This natural elixir containing turmeric (adding fresh ginger is a good idea) and other useful ingredients for the body, and in order to prepare this healthy golden milk, all you need is to follow our simple and quick recipe.

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons turmeric (1 to 3 grams)

2 cups of milk

6 grains of pepper (must be grounded)

3 tablespoons of honey (to taste)

Directions:

Turn the fire over medium heat, put the milk, turmeric, ground pepper in a bowl and mix.

Let boil, reduce the heat and stir constantly until the mixture becomes a thick paste – that is, for about 5 minutes, so do not leave the cooker.

When the milk is cooled, strain and add honey. Consume this milk until it is fresh.

Bon Appetit!

Important note:

To fully take advantage of the curative properties of turmeric and curcumin, you also need to make sure that it is well absorbed.

Curcumin is an active, basic pharmacological agent in turmeric. Curcumin and turmeric should be reinforced with piperine (an alkaloid compound found in black pepper) to fully activate them. Piperine can actually increase the bioavailability of curcumin to 2000% (a test study that supports this information was performed on healthy human subjects and the results are final, as indicated).

This is some serious force. Healthy fats are also recommended to enhance absorption, since turmeric is fat-soluble and has poor bioavailability when taken orally. So what does this mean? This means that the body does not absorb healthy benefits in a simple, raw condition. Thus, these golden milk recipes, floating without these two powerful cofactors, are as delicious as they really are, they will not bring the promised anti-inflammatory magic for which this golden beauty is so well known. If you can get it at your disposal, a small amount of pure piperine extract will be stunning to achieve maximum power.

In a nutshell, if you are looking for systematic anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin, like most of us, you need absorption from the intestine (and this includes piperidine and healthy fats).

However, only a note, if you take curcumin for use solely for inflammation in the colon, and not systematically, then consumption without a stimulus for absorption is certainly advisable.
