Our bodies send us daily messages relating to our overall health. Learning to interpret these messages can help us to pay attention to what our body tells us about what it needs.

Some of the signals that send our body, like pain, are more obvious than others. Pain is a definite sign that something is wrong. Unfortunately, most of the signals that our body sends us are much thinner. Here are some of the signals that your body sends you every day, what you need to pay attention to.

1. Urine
The first bladder of the day can tell you more about your overall health than you think. Pay attention to the color of your urine – this is the most important thing to note. A lighter, straw-colored urine indicates that you are well dehydrated and healthy. A darker urine may indicate that you need more water, perhaps there is an infection. It is also important the amount of urine that you produce. When you are dehydrated, your body does not produce urine, because it keeps as much water as possible. Changes in odor, color or density of urine are often the first signs of health problems, because urine is a byproduct of your body, removing toxins.

2. Teeth
Our mouths are the main gateway to our bodies and, therefore, the first sign of health problems. For example, if you notice that your gums bleed, when you brush your teeth, there is a good chance that you have some form of gum disease. Gum disease can lead to other infections throughout the body and is associated with several different medical conditions. Your teeth can also give signs of infection or disease. Teeth that are cracked or ruptured can be a sign of acidosis, because acid build-up even saliva, can loosen teeth.

3. Weight
We all win and lose weight throughout the year, but sudden weight loss or gain can be a sign of big problems. Sudden weight gain may be a sign of fluid retention, indicating a problem with the heart or kidneys. If your heart does not function properly, it leads to a buildup of fluid, usually in the legs and lower limbs, which adds extra pounds. Weight loss is a dramatic sign that something may be wrong with your digestive system. When your body can not break down the nutrients that we put into our bodies, we begin to lose weight quickly.

4. Nails
The color and texture of our nails is a very obvious indicator of our health, because our nails or dead cells are processed and replaced by the body. If your nails begin to turn yellow and thicken, this is a good sign of a fungal infection. Thin, brittle nails are a sign of calcium deficiency, which can affect various aspects of health. Calcium is an essential nutrient in our body, so it is important to know when it is not enough for us.

5. Skin
Our skin is actually the largest organ of the human body. It is connected with everything that happens inside of us. Observation of things such as rashes, dark spots, growth, streaks or discoloration are all signs that something is happening inside your body. After the shower, do a second examination and examine the skin.

6. Hair
Like your nails, your hair can accurately show what is happening inside your body. Changes in hair color may indicate a high level of stress. Changing the texture of your hair can be a sign that your body does not get the nutrients it needs. Dry, thinned hair can be a sign of problems with the thyroid gland. Thinning of hair as a whole is an indicator that something is going on in your body.

7. Body odor
Each one gives off a traceable amount of body odor, but excessive body odor can be a sign of infection. Changes in body chemistry can produce a variety of changes in body odor as well. The best time for weakening the body odor is in the morning, before taking a shower and before applying any body fragrance, such as a deodorant or perfume.
