20 Lifestyle changes needed after your arrival 30.

I am now 33 years old, and some changes in the state of health are already more than obvious. High sharp products have become less tolerant, as well as the sun, and late night work. If we divide our life expectancy by three, then in the first third, Kapha Doshah dominates, and the middle third is Pitta dosha. So, once you reach 30, some changes in lifestyle should be made to resist the Pitta effect.

Avoid direct sunlight. I try my best to stand in the shade, wear a cap or take an umbrella with me. Direct exposure to the sun directly increases the pitta. So, avoid it as much as you can.

Less spicy food – The sharper material that you take will be more the Pitta imbalance. So just cut it a little bit.

Having a little more milk and ghee – Ghi increases the strength of digestion and at the same time reduces Pitta. Therefore, it is ideal. It also keeps gastritis. Therefore, it is ideal for people with a sensitive stomach. It is said that both milk and ghee have the effect of Raciana (anti aging), therefore, it is good to have. Only a small spoonful of melted butter a day does not cause weight gain. Stop worrying.

Stop worrying – all the children’s days are over, now my own child has taken my place at home, so it’s time to become an adult. I try to be more organized. Carry out the planned work.

Stop being angry – Anger and Pitt are connected, more you lose coolness, more will be internal heat (= pitta). Therefore, try to avoid anger with the help of Yoga and Pranayama. Remember, during tension …. breathe a sigh of relief.

Reduced frequency of fasting – I am not an ardent follower of the principle of fasting. Consequently, he reduced it a little to preserve the health of the stomach. If you are a follower of the post, then this is fine. Or else, go easy on this one.

Sleep and wake up on time. Any work delay left over at night, I just postpone the next day. Start sleeping and getting up early. If we divide the night into three, in the first half Kapha Doshah will dominate. Therefore, going to bed at this time means getting a good sleep. Kapha Dosha influences sleep. But if we put off sleep for later hours, Pitta will dominate by the time that will lead to dizziness and a headache the next morning.

Including bitter substances in the diet – seeds of coriander, turmeric, curry leaves, leaves of the nima .. all that is bitter, it’s good to have. Usually bitter, sweet and astringent tastes counterbalance Pitt. We need to be careful with sweets. Although this balances Pitta, it can cause weight gain. So, betting on a few bitter is the best option.

Avoid mustard oil for cooking. If you are used to it by birth, it does not hurt to continue it. If this can be replaced, consider other options. Any other cooking oil will work well.

Avoid sitting for long periods of time. Now in many reports it is said that a long sitting smokes as badly. Therefore, during work, I sometimes go back and forth.

Drinking a cup of water after every hour of work – it makes me get up from the chair and wander. This helps me to avoid constant gaze on the computer screen, and also keeps freshness and hydration, preventing kidney stones (kidney stones formation).

Pitta diet – basically any sweet, astringent or bitter plus fruit, vegetable or dietary product should have a calming effect on the stomach (should not cause burning in the stomach) and should be more on the feeding side (than on the cleansing side).
